Born and raised in the Bay Area. Ronnell Smith was destined to pick up drum sticks. Growing up in the church, Ronnell took to the drums and excelled through the power of Jesus Christ. Gifted with anointed hands, Ronnell begin to garner attention from the Bay Area elite musicians and artists.A graduate of San Lorenzo High in 2007, Ronnell decided to pursue an advance education at The Art Institute of San Francisco majoring in Audio Production. He has played with Eric Marathol, Andy Martin, Frank Sinatro, Jackie from The Kurt Carr Singers, and Tremaine Hawkins.Ronnell is a father to one son: Shane. His goal is to travel the world playing the drums leading up to the ultimate dream: playing for The Grammys as well as becoming a Grammy Award Winning Musician. Ronnell’s dream is to inspire people not to give up on their dreams. With hard work and the help of God, they can come true.
